This training methodology will challenge them while assessing and correcting children\u2019s mobility, flexibility, muscular imbalances and supports cardio and respiratory endurance. The program will also concentrate on\u00a0<strong>strengthening<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>child\u2019s focus<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>social skills<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>confidence<\/strong>\u00a0through learning the core fundamentals of\u00a0<strong>self-defense<\/strong>. Numerous studies have shown that children who study Martial Arts excel in social behavior, classroom conduct, and scholastic performance. This class will also close out with a five minute breathing session. Proper breathing helps bring more oxygen to the blood and brain, and controlled breathing has been proven to reduce infections in the lungs and nervous system while improving attention span, overall
