Last month, we started the NJ Youth Golden Gloves program for children 8 to 12 years of age at Strategic Academy. Today, we are expanding on the program and adding classes for indivduals from 13-15 years of age. The program will be coached by Dan Doyle who is the President and franchise holder of the New Jersey Golden Gloves.
The Youth Golden Gloves program is ideal for individuals who have little to no experience boxing or exercising. They will safely learn the fundamentals, including punches, how to hit the heavybag, drills, and more. This educational class will help your child acquire a new skill and tap into his or her inner athlete.
Learn the sweet science from the ground up. The program will consist of everything from basic footwork and stance to punching in combinations, head movement & Advanced floor and bag techniques. Whether you’re looking to compete or just learn, this program has everything you will need.
Class Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm
